I will never lease, distribute or sell your information to third parties. Nor will I share it with any third party without your written permission (for instance, to publish a testimonial from you on my website, or to apply for an upgrade of my membership of a professional society), unless required to do so by law.

Contact forms

I keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes. I do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

How long do I keep your data?

I keep your data while you are a client, but also after your project is completed in order to comply with HMRC’s requirement to keep records ‘for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year’, in case they decide to audit my accounts.

How do I store your personal data?

The little information I collect is stored on the following:

  • LCN data servers – this is my website and email host. It is password-protected and has SSL certification (https) to provide an additional layer of security. You can access LCN’s privacy policy here.
  • Computer hard drive – my computer is password-protected.
  • WeTransfer – I use this service to transfer large files, which are automatically deleted from WeTransfer’s server after seven days. You can find WeTransfer’s privacy policy here.

How do I use cookies?

This site does not use cookies. This may change in the future, in which case this policy will be updated accordingly.

What rights do you have over your data?

You have the right to request to see which data I hold about you, and to request that I correct or erase any personal data that I hold about you, with the exclusion of data that I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
